The brackets are fine but the hardware is insufficient. The bolts that come with this are a bit on the long side for the spacing available on my 10W solar panel so they needed quite a few washers to keep the end of the bolts from running into the back of the solar panel and causing damage. I used 3 washers per bolt (two regular washers plus a lock washer). My package came with 4 lock washers, 4 bolts, 4 nuts, 4 regular washers (regular size for the bolt size) and, strangely, 1 large washer. If the seller/manufacturer would include more washers or include shorter bolts the kit would be perfect.

Used these to install a mini solar panel on the roof of my shed. Good value for the money and very easy to install. I would definitely buy these again.
Discriminating Buyer –
I bought this to use on two 10w panels to attach to an asphalt shingle roofed entrance area. I was debating whether to use both pairs but decided that one pair per panel should be more than enough. I have another panel (lost the mounting hardware that came with it) for a solar light that I might buy another set for. Brackets are light but seem capable of holding these light panels. They come in a very tiny white box (about 3″ h x 2″ w x 2″ d) with bolts etc.

These worked as expected and are the same as included with other solar panels. Convene the kit, but a bit expensive for what they include

Buy these Z brackets if you’received going to buy the rypical large plastic cable entry piece for an RV roof etc…reason being, most Z brackets are too short to be able to fit the cable entry underneath the solar panel as to be protected from the elements. These Z brackets are about 1/2″ taller than the norm so they work well for that application. Cleaner installation.

I ended up using these to mount my 3 100 watt solar panels onto a wooden frame so that I can move them around towards the sun. It worked great for that!
