I wish I could give less than 1 star. This is bull. You have a protection plan and it is completely worthless. After I file a claim they say go back to the manufacturer to solve the problem. This plan protects you for nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.

The camera I bought was working wonderfully and I do mean wonderful great picture quality then all of the sudden it atemy $40 micro SD card. 1st I call Amazon he didn’t realize that I had purchased the warranty but he didn’t seem to care that the thing 8 my memory card either that was $40 he just was going to exchange it well I’m sorry it shouldn’t eat my memory card the card was installed properly and it ate it it it’s like they left too much wiggle Room in the thing and it slips when I called the warranty company they didn’t seem to care either that it was costing me money out of pockets because of the flaw of their design Son I am stuck with a camera that is useless for when I go out driving for Uber and the reason I bought in the 1st place is because a man backed into me at a stop sign instead of going forward he put his car in reverse and hit me son I have no camera I won’t get my SD card back and I’m not very happy at all about this whole situation. eats memory cards So if you don’t need to use a memory card and recording while you’re driving around to make sure that someone doesn’t hit you. So if it’s eats your memory card.and doesn’t record basically you have a decoration in your car that is useless in the case that someone hits you. I would love to hear back from Amazon about this one

I bought a little cheap record player and noticed that this ASURION item was plopped onto my purchase without my knowledge. I did get an immediate refund however.
Amazon Customer –
I trusted that this warrantee would cover a power converter for overseas travel and work in Afghanistan in the Middle East. When the items stop working in less than two months, I tried to invoke the warrantee which only resulted in this company and Amazon pointing the finger at each other. Meanwhile I am halfway around the world in support of our military forces as a contractor, unable to convert from 220 V to 110 V in the course Of my daily work effort.

The product that was covered under this warranty failed within the first 90 days of purchase. My warranty claim was denied and I was directed back to the seller. The seller provided a full refund and when I cancelled the warranty I was given a refund of $1.48 and the balance which was prorated was given as a gift card ! I don’t understand how the warranty can be prorated if it wasn’t in effect and I was directed back to the seller ? Also at a loss for why the warranty company would assume I would want a dollar and change and the balance as a gift card ? Total rip off, don’t buy an asurion “protection” plan, VERY unethical !

Useless.
Web site is as difficult as possible to use. Even after you put in your order number it forces you to find all other information about the product including model and price. Uses captcha to make you file a claim and get a validation code via email to complete. Then, after providing all information it tells me to contact the manufacturer because product may still be under warranty. Didn’t they already know that in step 1 (order #) not step 30 ? Extended warranty D’oh – only myself to blame.
