Missing and broken parts:
– Missing 1 fly washer
– Missing 1 mid-empty Plug (plastic covering)
– Cracked/broken foot cover (plastic covering)

Was easy setting up if you follow the instructions. Came late on delivery but I was expecting that since I bought other exercising equipment and it was the same late for delivery. I wouldn’t recommend using this for squatting. I only bought this for bench press yet i still think it’s not safe enough. I still use it but you have to be careful. When i was adjusting the safety catch (or whatever you called it) the adjustment handle broke but you can put it back or glue it.
