I bought this stand to replace my old stand that I bought back in 2015 (along with the 100 pound heavy bag). I feel the welds and construction of this stand are far superior to the Everlast one; now the bag from Everlast is incredibly tough though! Besides being a good design and strong, it was extremely easy to set up. While it does come with a couple wrenches, it helps if you have your own socket drivers to put in the bolts and screws. I think it took me about 15-20 minutes to set up; though I am a very good with my hands and have assembled many things over the years. So if you are a novice, it still should be very easy to set up. Highly recommended product!
