This was my first “big” purchase and I’m pleased with the product. I was looking for something with a lower premium and the secondary 100oz bars fit my needs. The bar I received was slightly tarnished in some places, definitely not mint condition, but as it has no affect on the metals value I don’t really care.

Purchased this bar when apmex had a sale. Bar received was in great shape and looked new, timely shipping as usual.

I bought three of these bars this week and am happy overall. The first bar was a in house apmex bar that is very much a second… and looks like it was droped quite hard as one corner is very dented. The second bar was a OPM which is .9995 recycled junk silver poured that looks very nice and looks like a second as one side is larger. The third being a very nice academy bar with a thin mark on the side- by far my favorite.

I decided to buy five secondary 100 oz bars and was pleased. The random selection consisted of four Johnson Matthey bars and one Republic Metals bar – each packaged in a plain box. I did not notice any defects or unexpected conditions and consider them completely suitable for my intended purpose – long term holding.

I bought 10 bars during a $.39 over spot sale. I was delighted with what I received. Seven of the 10 appeared to be mint or virtually mint. there were two modern Sunshine Minting, two Republic Metals Corp. an A Mark, an APMEX Stackable, an APMEX Eagle and three NTR’s. These last are in my opinion the least desirable as they app[ear to be the most cheaply made. They look to be sawed off a long extruded bar, marked, sandblasted and are the only bars that bear no serial number. I Have seen bars by other mints that look to be made the same way. That is OK, the other 7Northwestern Iowa more than make up for these, especially with a 39 cent sale.

I received my 100oz RMC silver bullion bar from APMEX and can’t be more happy with my purchase. There is something really cool about holding that amount real money in your hand. Thanks again APMEX.

I bought 5 secondary market 100 oz bars on a flash sale. I received 5 new looking apex poured bars with sequential serial numbers. Very pleasant surprise.

    Great price!!

I was drawn by the price over slot. Free shipping is always a plusI do understand it is secondary market but what I recieved was less than attractive. I guess the picture is misleading. Not branded, more of someone etched .999 and 100 oz on it. Pretty scratched and beat up and discolored. Should have spent the extra money for what I wanted I guess. Lesson learned for me.
