[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because i was looking for an alarm/doorbell video system that i could use without a monthly program. This one was easy to set up with the hub connecting to my router and i like the fact that i can either charge the doorbell or hardwire it in and never have to charge it. Right now I’m using the battery option but i do plan to hardwire it in. I also like the fact that i can add camera and other options to the same hub that links in to an app on my phone. The video comes thru clear and I’ve had no problems thus far. I’m extremely pleased with this doorbell and i plan to add cameras in door and outdoor for a complete system!

I live in a pretty good neighborhood so I don’t really have much to worry about when it comes to packages and porch pirates but I like the added security. Straight out of the box this doorbell was extremely user friendly and easy to set up. We plugged it into the hub to charge and then it was ready to go up. It comes with a key that locks it into place on the housing that connects to the door frame. That key has a magnet on the back which makes storage on the fridge easy and convenient. It has a feature that allows you to select an area that you want notifications from. That way if you have a neighbor on one side or the other you won’t have a notification every time they leave their house or enter. You can set the sensitivity so that it doesn’t pick up cars and so that you only get notifications of humans. The microphone is clear and allows for you to speak to whomever is at your door which works great for contactless delivery. I enjoy the added safety of knowing who is at my door when I’m not there and also that i can see when packages are delivered. The video quality is excellent too. I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought and placed the different devices I bought. The app download was confusing, apparently due to linguistic differences, but I succeeded. So far, despite more confusion with the app, I’m very pleased with everything. I’m learning how to run the system, and overall, the images from the cameras are crisp and clear. Best of all, when you call customer service, you get to speak to an ACTUAL – Person which is so nice!! Ask me again in a year; I have a stalker to catch. ADT hasn’t nailed her, I hope Eufy does. Product is great – it’s a good size, well-made, and exactly what I wanted

Works great – with a very clear picture. Set up took a bit as we needed to bring the Doorbell closer to the Home Base for initial set up but once that was completed it works amazingly. Hoping to add to the system with a couple cameras as well.

It has an app that goes to your phone which makes checking the door or even just your house in general very easy. It was easy to install which says a lot since I have zero skill in that area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how this video doorbell can either be installed with batteries or hard wired to my previous door bell. I chose to install it to my previous doorbell for the fact that I didn’t want to worry about having to continuously charge the batteries. It was very easy to install and came with easy to read instructions. The picture quality is fantastic during the day or night. I like how this is set up with motion detection versus some that it only records when someone rings the doorbell. This also has the two way audio where you can talk to them in real time which is great. Best of all this has no monthly fees so in the end its saving me money. Overall I’m very happy with the Eufy video doorbell and all the security it has provided me and my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening the box, I took out the home base box. After plugging it, the set up was pretty easy. There is an app to download and the steps were really simple. The next part was installing the wireless doorbell. My house is brick so I needed help drilling the holes and getting the mounting bracket on. It came with a screw hole positioning card so that helped. Aftet that the doorbell box just goes into the mounting bracket. It comes with a key you must use to remove it.. All in all set up and installion wasnt too hard.
The doorbell itself needs to charge and the charge is suppose to last half the year. Once it was fully charged I tested it out. You can changed the door bell to different sounds and change the volume. It could be heard throughout my house. You can answer the doorbell with the two way audio on the app and talk to your who is there. It detected when anyone turned on our road or went to the neighbors so the distance was adjusted. You can also have multiusers . Overall this is a great wireless doorbell i would recommend.

The instructions are included and are clear and understandable. The app you download and use is easy to use and navigate it’s motion detectable and records when it detects movement. The video footage is clear and easy to see even in the dark since it has night vision mode in gray and black and color in the light. It easy to save those videos to your phone as well which makes sharing easy if you ever need to. The audio is also pretty clear.
