Works great for what I use it for which is checking up on my cat. Love that you can go to certain areas in the room with just a touch if a button instead of scrolling all around the room. The only con is that you cannot connect it to Alexa or Google. Hope they can add an update for that in the near future.

Since 2019, we bought 5 of these cameras as different time periods. We find that 2 times we received a defective product, and both times it is the same issue. The defection stems from no audio when using the AlwaysSafe app. Instead we hear a static sound when we turn on the volume on the app. The first defective product we received in Summer 2019. The second product we received March 2021. Despite the 3 times we ordered the product, we got a working camera, a 40% defection rate is unusual and contrary to consumer standards. Buyers avoid this product!!! We expect Swann to address this issue immediately.
