Memory card 128 caused the card to burn out. Yet, it works well but can not record.

I have 3 of the Amcrest UltraHD 4MP cameras which were purchased withing a few weeks of each other.
The wi-fi cameras give a good picture and can be set up to record on a Micro SD card or set up with ONVIF.
The reason for the 3 stars is their customer service or tech support. One of the cameras doesn’t hold a connection to the wi-fi and I contacted Amcrest about this via their tech support form. They are very SLOW at getting back to you. It takes them 3-4 days to respond back to you. When they did get back to me, I responded to them within minutes. Needless to say, it has been 2 days and counting and I haven’t heard anything back yet – NOT GOOD.
If the camera works, it’s great. If you need to contact tech support, good luck on getting a response quickly. Moses would be faster.

This is my 3rd camera purchase of this type. My first 2 work great and I purchased this one as a Christmas gift for my daughter. We use them as dog cams. This is an upgraded model of my first 2 purchases. She has more expensive and sophisticated security cameras for her home, but they do not have audio capabilities. With this camera we can not only monitor our dog, but we can talk to him and calm him down when we are away, This camera is an amazing inexpensive life saver. Their support services are great as well. Even though the instructions are clear and self explanatory, we both used their services to get the camera up and running. The issue was with our computer, phone, or wifi systems which are all different and not with the camera. They were patient and really knew the camera well, so they just walked us through it in no time. I highly recommend this camera and the Amcrest company.

I hooked up 2 , i cant zoom in or out there is no 2 way communication , its only one way , the camera moves but has massive delay , sounds and motion have major delays , i bought 2 of the most exspensive ethernet cables and didnt make any difference , the handbook that comes with this camera is a joke and there is nothing on line to help with issues , i will be returning them within a couple of days , do not waste your money , this product is total joke and to me ahould be considered a scam , where is customer protection

Tech support was awful. Could not get the camera to work on my network. Stay away
