Looks like a quality product. Felt more comfortable that it’s from the same brand. My sister loves how portable it is and feels like she’s ready for any emergency.

  2. Amazon Customer

Super solar panel, purchased three of them to charge my Bluetti AC200P. Easy setup and the charge time from 40% battery took about 3.5 hrs. Afternoon sun and partly cloudy. Will be purchasing two more in order to achieve the 700watt max charge rate. Portable and efficient makes for a happy camper.

I loved my 120ah Bluetti when it was working out of the box but unfortunately I had a problem when I began using a month later. I had an intermittent connection when charging my Jackery. I did thorough troubleshooting, checked all my cables, plugs and connections and test with a second Jackery to discover there was an output power issue yet to be determined ( mc4? internal connection?). I went through Amazon customer service instead of processing the warranty directly through Bluetti. The rep is in another country outside the USA as time zone stamps on email are 24 hrs behind. It has taken 4 days of one email response a day after I reported the claim. Each day a new question requesting information when it could have been taken care of 1-2 days. At day 3, finally agreement to send a replacement. Its now day 4 and no confirmation of shipping/tracking. I had to extend (pay) for my campground stay in order to receive the delivery as I will be traveling on and boondocking so this is my best bet for getting a package delivery. IN THE MEANTIME- I purchased ANOTHER 120 Bluetti that should be delivered today, so I will have two! That’s how much I trust and like this product. Great voltage out-super portability. Can’t wait to have the two to run parallel to charge up the Jackery 1000. Still waiting…. for Amazon rep CIMY in India or wherever to get it together. jeeesh..

Switched from a 100 watt solar suitcase type panels to this. So much lighter and compact. And slightly, (20W) more powerful than the suitcase. Now what to do with that suitcase…

So, I returned this because one panel didn’t work with my AC200. You need two or more of these panels to charge it. If I could afford it I would actually buy three of them in the future. Super compact and portable but very expensive for a 120V panel. Bottom line if I had the extra cash for three I would buy again 4 sure.

  6. Shugay

Purchased 3 panels to power the AC200. Parallel connected them (absolutely simple) together and took the power level from 69% to 100% within 2.5 hours. Light weight and well constructed. Very nice to know I have this set up as an emergency backup resource.

  7. 57thGonzo

Very well made panels that are simple to use with my Bluetti solar generator. Just two simple plugs to connect.

  8. T Chess

Perfect for those that want powerful, durable user-friendly solar panels. Attached (3) panels to the side of RV using strong magnets.

    TLDR:
I highly recommend this panel due to its’ quality construction, power output, and form factor. It’s on the higher end in terms of price but I feel that it is justified and has good value. The two year warranty helps allay some doubts about construction and performance. I hope that they will consider making a smaller form factor that can be more readily fit in a backpack.

    Details:
With Bluetti being more known for their portable battery generators I wasn’t sure what to expect from this solar panel. But when I picked it up, it was readily apparent that it was of a high quality. Instead having USB connections and using various DC ports like the other panels on the market, there is only a weatherized enclosure from which the MC4 connectors are connected on a long cable. This is a much better option since it allows for several panels to connected and that they can be used in wet conditions. From the pictures, it is very easy deploy this panel which you can unfold it like an accordion, kick out the legs, and set the panel at an appropriate angle. Some other panels are not this easy to deploy.

    Power Output:
During my research to find a more portable solar solution many panels I have tested, and ultimately returned, did not meet their rated nominal power output. I am glad to report that this is not the case. With optimum lighting, i.e. perfectly clear sky, I was consistently getting between 6.2 to 6.6 amps from the panel. This is right in line with their quoted rating. After my charge controller that is used to charge my lithium iron phosphate batteries at 14.6 volt, I obtained reading at around 8 amps. Doing the math and we have 116 watts. Also these panels still perform well in cloudy conditions.

    Form Factor:
This panel is very portable with overall dimensions of 16.3″ length and 16.1″ width. This in conjunction with how lightweight it is makes for a very good solar solution. It is much easier to setup than the the Renogy Eclipse 100 watt Suitcase that I also have. The Renogy Eclipse is the newer more light weight version that has been optimized resulting in folded dimensions of 21″ length and 21″ width and a weight of just under 20 pounds. In the pictures I have placed the Bluetti panel alongside the Renogy. It is simply amazing how small the Bluetti panel is compared the more conventional panel construction.

    Construction/Longevity:
The Bluetti is an ETFE laminated panel constructed from Sunpower cells using a durable fabric that appears to be abrasion resistant. The construction and the underlying efficiency of the solar cells afford the Bluetti panel its’ leghtweight and form factor. On the ETFE layer there is dimpling and apparently that is to help performance. At this time I am unsure of the longevity of the Bluetti in comparison to a more conventional panel like the Renogy but the fact that there is a explicitly stated 2 Year Warranty is another thing that helps to separate it from the other options.
