I bought multiple items this day, and I don’t remember adding protection to any of them. I can’t find any information on which product this is attached to.

I did not realize that Asurion was the insurance provider when I purchased the protection plan. Luckily, I have not needed to make a claim on the item I purchesd the protection plan for. I have had to deal with Asurion with my cell phone protection plan- twice. Both claims required multuple calls to Asurion. Every time I had to call Asurion, their reps were less than helpful with very little customer service skills. I will be more cautious to avoid dealings with Asurion in the future.

I did not purchase a home Improvement Protection plan. I have received several missives from Asurion but none mentioned what specifically they were covering.

The product I ordered failed 2 months after I bought it. I called Asurion to have them deal with the product replacement. After a couple of rounds of going back and forth I was told that they would not cover the product until the manufacturer’s warranty ran out. Another day of haggling with the manufacturer until I could verify the product had a 1 year warranty. Three weeks more of haggling with the manufacturer until they agreed to refund me the cost of the pump. Why did I spend the money on this protection plan? What a waste!

The email protection plan does not indicate the product that it covers. If I buy more than one plan, it is difficult to know which plan applies to which product. Suggest indicating somewhere in your email to me with the plan, the name of the product that it is supposedly covering.
Amazon Customer –
There are a number of problems with this product, but my main complaint is that it puts a layer between the original manufacturer and the customer. This creates confusion about who to contact for repairs in the case of an issue. Customers should always contact the manufacturer and not a 3rd party insurance provider for repairs. This product would lead you to believe that it is associated with the manufacturer of the product, but in fact it is not. I do not recommend purchasing this product unless you have extra money that you don’t need.

You send out a warranty plan but it is neglected to say for what purchase its made out to.

I think you guys should mention exactly what the insurance coverage is for because when I buy multiple items from Amazon on the same day and time and I also buy the insurance for it, I don’t know which insurance is for what product. This same information should also be added on each item on your website, so when I go on your website to see what insurance I have, it will show me exactly which insurance belongs to what product.
