So far so good. Haven’t had to run more than 1500w load on it so don’t know how well it will perform closer to the 3500w rating but so far so good and customer service has been good with them.

I cannot tell much about the quality of the inverter. The output voltage fluctuates quite a bit. Which could be just this bad unit. But when I Contacted the seller they asked a bunch of pointless questions. Approved the return but I have to pay for the shipping for a defective product.
Not wasting money to ship it back.
So I can’t say much about the product. I cannot recommend the seller

The product is good, however it came to me disassembled and the screws scattered in the box, however I placed them without difficulty and began to use it.
This one I used to power up a large fridge and frezzer with no hassle so far.
I don’t give it 5 stars because it is very basic, it has a single 110V outlet and does not have USB inputs, however, comparing the price with other pure wave inverters it is at a very good price, almost the same as a modified wave inverter.
