ECO-WORTHY 600W Solar Panel Kit Complete Solar Power System with Battery and Inverter for Home House Shed Farm RV Boat, 12 Volt Battery

I bought the 3kw whole complete system.

The ‘instructions’ are terrible! I bought the 3wk whole solar kit. It took over 50 emails to figure out how to wire this up! The ‘instructions’ consist of the advertising picture! You have to cut off the ends of some of the MC4 connectors. You also have to wire the ‘Controller Box’ yourself by cutting more MC4 connectors off. The fuse coloring is backwards for United States: Red is good (power on) Green is bad (power off). You also have to try and understand gibberish English in order to program the Charge Controller. When I contacted them about a return, refund, or discount as it took 4 days and over 50 emails (no customer service number) for me to figure this out, the stopped replying! Take every solar panel out and check it when it is delivered. Had three broken ones due to terrible packaging from manufacturer. Batteries were missing the connecting hardware. Oh, you only need one of the two cables supplied per battery.

After I finally figured out how to wire the whole thing together, it seems to be working very well.

I just want to try it

The inverter and the charger controller don’t work purchase a system on the July 7 Just get around to have it installed first the charger controller started to overheat purchase a new charge controller now the inverter is in overload mode and nothing from my house is on the system. I would advise that person should purchase everything individually

I received 6 boxes on April 9th 2021
4 200 wat solar pannels and 2 gel batteries box had no damage but one battery box was taped with maximum effort so I opened it first and sure enough the battery was damaged burnt and missing post bolts. No way to contact the DC House none, 0, zip. Also missing “no show” was. Pannels hardware wires screws controller & inverter. After reading through the past reviews pryer to ordering, I ordered extra stuff upgraded the inverter transfer box wires. I really just wanted some phone time with them but couldn’t. Left no choice but to hit the refund button 22.5 minutes later they called. I tried the number again on Monday morning and the number doesn’t pick up. The controller is impossible to opperat I ordered a better one, the inverter they shipped was bent it does work ok ish would gamble my beer in a fridge with it? no.
I ordered stuff that was pricy and expecting new batteries was what I wanted and paid for not one new and the other used. No contact no number but an email through Amazon that said can I check the used battery to see if it’s any good. I’m like come get it lol. As if?
End of the story eventually everything trickled in they made it right as could I guess. I’m so happy that I didn’t buy a $3000.00 package that I wanted. the 600w perfect to figure it out with no instructions I ordered an extra pannels bumped it up 800w this order was $1400.00 with all upgrade to include extra wires I’m in it $2300.00 it’s limping along with 1 battery until the other one comes in. But it really works well for my mini country home.
If you want to be frustrated out of your mind just know it’s like ordering a tesla in a box with out instructions or customer service. I had up in 1 day but I’m an electrician and a contractor. If you buy one and need phone help e mail me Usesafari@gmail.com
