Everything seems ok except one set screw won’t thread all the way in. I suspect they didn’t cut the threads all the way.

Sturdy construction. Has two setscrews that do not go all the way through to the mounting hole, so I assume this is meant to be held on by compression, though I had no problem with it coming off the generator shaft. The turbine blade spins counter-clockwise (as seen from the front).
