Works well maintains battery

Product worked great for about 2 weeks. The first big rain we had I noticed the gate was unresponsive and I had to get out and manually open it while getting soaked. I checked it the following day and the batteries were completely drained and the panel was no longer putting out voltage. It appears to have dark spots under the glass that seem like water. I have reached out to customer service with no answer. I thought by avoiding the cheap brands I would get several years of use. I was mistaken. If they reach out and replace this unit I will update.

Supposed to be new, arrived used in a damaged box and missing pieces..

It works great, but we received a used panel when we ordered a new one. It has obviously been installed somewhere before and we would have returned if we didn’t need it asap.

We bought this to replace one that was damaged. This is a much nicer looking unit because it is all black (it looks just like shown in the listing), unlike our old one which had a big silver border. This makes it much more subtle at the gate. We didn’t use the support because we already had a mount in place, but it appeared very sturdy. All parts were included and the bare wire was just fine for connection to our US Automatic Patriot gate opener.
