I used these for mounting my 100 watt panel on my pop up camper. They sent along some self tapping screws with a gasket but I used double sided tape underneath and gorilla tape over the top. It held the panel securely and allowed enough space under for mounting a wire run into the camper.

Do you know what is disappointing? Arriving at your campsite and finding that one of your solar panels blew off somewhere out on the highway. Boy, I hope nobody was behind me! The panels were mounted with large foot-mounts and Sikaflex, which stuck great to the metal roof, but not to the plastic foot. So, I bought a new panel and a set of these mounts. These are nice thick, solid aluminum, and the mounting seems really solid now.

    Black powder coat over aluminum.
    Perfect for my install.
    Comes with hardware.

The brackets did work but if you have the time order the ones that look the same and are the same price. They take three weeks to arrive ,so if you are in a hurry ,buy these .They are a lighter weight and the nuts and bolts are small and low quality, so I went to Lowes and bought stainless steel and large enough to fill the mounting holes in my Renogy solar panel .The other low priced z brackets have decent quality nuts and bolts so in reality they are a couple of bucks cheaper, but it is a long wait.

Purchased to match another manufacturer’s black panels. Heavy duty, full compliment of mounting hardware. I think they’re very expensive for what they are, but price comparable to everything else I found – including purchasing from overseas and waiting forever.

The brackets that came with the solar panels that I bought had only one hole for mounting to the roof of my trailer. These have two holes and they are very secure.

Used in conjunction with a Suner solar panel, and the screws that attach the bracket to the panel were too long.

I have 4 Richsolar RS-100 100W panels. When I flipped them over to do this install (in a remote location, no less), I found that in 4 panels, I had 3 different mounting hole configurations, one panel was vastly different than the other 3.

Not only that, but NONE of the panels I have were compatible with these brackets (I got the Z bracket B” type).

So now my panels have to sit on the ground for another couple of weeks until I can make the drive to try again. Very very inconvenient and, stupid, frankly. Even if I bought the wrong brackets for my panels, the panels themselves should be uniform across a single model name (RS-100, in this case).
