I like the product a great deal, it has been working great. The one drawback with a solar panel is a rainy day no charging happens, or very little. This is not the fault of the unit, just one of the pitfalls of using solar panels.

I bought this to charge my car battery since I don’t drive it much during the pandemic. I’ve had it for a couple of months and used it occasionally on sunny days. So far so good. Output is as described, I used a multimeter to check.

In my area it’s not the rage to hook these up to your batteries on your boat so that you can keep it fully charged until you’re going to use it next. Hook up was extremely simple as you can think to alligator clips run it up laid on top somewhere either on your cover or any other flat spot. I decided not to use the suction cups because it really had no value for me. As for it working? I really couldn’t tell you I can tell you that my battery was never dead and always seem to be fully charged I’ve left it on there now for a number of years and I just don’t seem to have any issues in it Pierce to be working just fine during the winter months it’s definitely nice to have it on the battery to keep it fully charged what I purchased them again? Yes.

Excellent product. Made chargers for Cellular trail cameras. Solar panel is charging a 12v AA battery pack. Real impressed with the product.

Just be aware that the Black wire with White stripe is your hot wire. Typically solid black is hot and the black and white is negative but not on this. Not a big issue but this may save someone the hassle if you plan to cut the wires and design your own system.

    Overall good product.

Have it attached to the battery purchased for and lets see when we need the power. Quality is excellent and cannot foresee any problems. Well constructed.

Been using it for two weeks, boat starts up really good and trim motor really moves fast so I know it’s keeping the battery fully charged.

Does what it is supposed to do and well. After 3 days of moderate daylight it brought my Rv battery from 10.3 to a full 12. This not what the product is intended for but it shows how well the product preforms. Excellent as a tender charger as intended.
Appears to be a durable design but the suction cups are a good addition but seriously need to be upgraded.
I highly recommend this product for it’s intended use.

I have an older Honda Accord that I use as a work car. During the winter I drive my truck because its four wheel drive, so my Accord sits for about 5 months. I always try to start it and let it run a bit every week but I forget from time to time. About 2 months ago I plugged this solar charger in and sat it on the dash, I hadn’t started it since, yesterday I tried it and it turned over and fired right up.

I purchased a new vehicle and kept the old one. Don’t drive it but once a week, if I’m lucky. The battery is weak because of this. This trickle charger works great maintaining full charge on my battery. The suction cups are crap though. They won’t stick to a clean window. Will look for replacements, but for now, the charger is laying on the dash. Plenty of cord to reach the battery terminals. I didn’t use the cigarette lighter connection, since it isn’t hot when the vehicle is off. 4 of 5 stars because of the suction cups.

So I bought this to use as a tender on my atv’s and zero turn lawn tractor. Thought hey the price is good enough why not. Well hell this little device did not disappoint. I’ve had it on my one atv that dies after about 3 days sitting and it fires up every time. Decided to try it on a small motorcycle battery that didn’t have enough juice to turn the bike over-dispite the manual clearly saying it’s not to be used for charging just maintaining- and I’ll be damned if it didn’t fully charge the battery. I’m in Ontario Canada so it’s not living off of Arizona amounts of sunlight and honestly it probably did this charging over the course of about 2-3 days(I’m thinking 2 based on the time I got parts for my atv which means I unplugged the ATV and put it the bike) but never the less it did it.

I held off on even trying this on a battery, because of the high voltage people commented on. I finally hooked it up to a disconnected battery in a car that wasn’t in use. Voltage without charger was 12.40, with charger it was 12.40. Reconnected battery and charger, and it still measured 12.4 volts next day (my Outback draws about half an amp). Only problem is the suction cups won’t hold worth a @#$% for any significant time, and I have the black and blue toe to prove it!

One caveat: I would make sure to disconnect solar charger before disconnecting car battery. Otherwise you may fry the car’s electronics.

I installed these on the side of my carport to maintain 3 boat batteries. Easy to install and the batteries were ready to go when I had a chance to go fishing. Easy to install and seem to work as described. I hope they hold up to the 24/7 weather. I will post updates if I have any early failures.
