I bought this panel to charge my Jackery 500. The Jackery 100 w SolarSaga panel is $300. This panel was only $75. Do the math. Granted, the SolarSaga folds in half to 22″ x 24″ and that is great if you are short on space, but if you have the room and want to save yourself about $225, then get an aftermarket panel. Btw…the image of this product is misleading. The actual product is not as “square” as this image depicts, but in fact the product is more rectangular in shape (22″ x 46 1/2″). I have had more expensive panels, meaning $110-$130 panels, and this $75 panel seems to work just as well. Granted, the more expensive panels seem to have better workmanship. I think you are getting what you pay for as far as “looks” are concerned, but as far as functionality, again, it seems to work just as well as it’s more expensive brethren. Obviously, you should check your specs beforehand…I settled on this panel because the specs were the closest to the Jackery SolarSaga, which apparently didn’t need to by, but helped to settle my own piece of mind. Also, you will only get about 50-70w, not a full 100w, of solar for the Jackery 500 anyway, so the quality of diminishing returns is not a factor here. If I were going to use these panels full time, meaning on a daily basis, I would probably opt for the Renogy panels, which seem to be the go-to panels. But since I am only using these once in a great while, this $75 panel is a fantastic buy.

It works perfect! It seems to be good quality too. I bought just one panel for a playhouse and it’s able to keep up with everything running out there.

This is a solid, well-made product, and a very good value for the dollars spent. I bought this and another 100w panel from Harbor Freight to provide backup power for my Civil W
Air Patrol’s communications room. HF usually has very competitive prices for decent products. But in this case, Amazon beat them silly.

Although the charge controller charges the batteries, it does not allow me to set the load output so I am getting no voltage out of this controller. And now I see that the controller shown in your ad is an updated one. What can I do to make this work? It is useless right now.
I need help!!!!

I ordered this panel to install on my camper to keep the batteries charged so I didn’t have to run my generator. They worked perfectly!
I had one problem with one the mounting brackets missing but didn’t downgrade my review because the shipping box was torn open on one end and I think it was lost during shipping.

Item works great! I have two deep cycle
marine batteries and they charge in a decent amount of time. I run a above ground pool pump on this system. I switch between electricity and solar every other day. This gives my batteries time to fully charge. My whole system should pay itself off in about 6 months. I do recommend a more powerful inverter then the one I have in the picture. Hope this help anyone thinking of doing the same thing I’ve done.

Not great- the solar controller doesn’t work at all- it doesn’t charge the battery and The load side cuts out after just a few minutes. I bought a new controller from another manufacturer and it all works fine. The solar panel it’s self works well but not much good if the controller doesn’t work! Contacted the supplier but they have not replied to me.

The panel did not have enough packing material in the box….I’ve order several panels from other venders and this was the lest bubble wrap I’ve seen ….my box was not treated well…from ups and parts and screws were every where in the box and holes were torn…but all parts were there….great panel…working great…
