Here’s a security camera that takes the night shift for you-the EZVIZ C3N 1080p AI-Powered Outdoor Smart Security Wi-Fi Camera with Color Night Vision. The C3N comes with 3 night vision modes and AI‐powered person detection capability, providing you with sharp nighttime monitoring and precise alerts. It is equipped with professional optical lenses, 2 built-in spotlights, and 2 IR lights to render sharp color imaging even in pitch-black darkness. AI powered detection differentiates between people and other moving objects. Upon detection of human movement, the camera can automatically flash or be set to manually flash the 2 spotlights to deter unwanted visitors (if Color Night Vision mode is selected, the spotlights will stay on continuously and not flash). The camera runs on AC power and works with the EZVIZ app. It has a microSD Card slot for optional onboard recording and can also be wired to an EZVIZ NVR. Optional Cloud storage plans are also available. With the C3N, you can rest easy, knowing everything is protected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 8 cameras from EZVIZ and this is so far the best. They have made huge strides in ease of use recently, to the point that setting up this camera in particular and adding it to my account was completely hassle-free. Mounting the camera was easy with the included guide and adding it to my account was simple with a scan of a QR code. The added features of this camera are also great and rival competitors. Being able to detect humans rather than random movement is great for outdoor cameras that will no-doubt pick up animals or cars so I appreciate being able to set a specific ‘detection area’ and also only be alerted to human movement rather than any movement. The only ‘negative’ here comes from marketing hype. This camera supposedly includes ‘color night vision’ which is really just a LED light rather than IR light. You can disable it and use IR, or use a ‘smart’ mode which will use IR until movement is detected and then turn on the LED. Another shortcoming is the wireless range. Despite having two external antennas and clearly being made to live outdoors, I’m completely unable to keep the video quality setting at 1080p at my home due to stuttering, even though the camera practically has line-of-sight to the router only 30-40 feet away.
Overall, an easy recommendation and a great addition to the cameras around my home. I cannot compliment the easy of setup enough- I’ve had issues in the past setting up EZVIZ cameras and generally have to troubleshoot, but this camera was so quick to setup, with no issues and all finished within a couple of minutes. The new features are welcome additions and I now look forward to upgrading some of my older cameras with newer models that implement similar features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This outdoor security camera is by far one of the best quality cameras I have ever had. I love how clear the images are during the day but even happier with the quality at night. I have had cameras before where it claimed they had night vision but the quality was so poor it was hard to make anything out on them. However that is not the case with this camera. The quality is excellent you are able to make everything out and see it so clear, with the colored night time. It also had black and white night vision which is still super clear. I love that it connects to WIFI, however if your wifi goes out so does your camera. It also has motion detection which is a huge plus and it is able to detect the motion at night as well. I would absolutely recommend this security camera to anyone who is looking either for a new or an upgraded security camera as you will not be disappointed in the quality of this one.

This camera is exactly what I needed for outside my home in an area that isn’t visible to everyone. I paired this device right on the app I use for my other camera same brand so it was the simplest setup ever! I love the fact that it snaps pics when it distinguishes faces and it has night/color night vision which is good to identify people if needed !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The EZVIZ C3N Outdoor Smart Wi-Fi Camera is an incredibly well designed indoor/outdoor HD Wi-Fi camera. The setup was so easy with the EZVIZ iPhone app. In just a couple of clicks, I was able to enter in my WiFi security information and have this camera added to the EZVIZ app. I could not believe how easy it was. Next I installed the camera outdoors on the side of my house to give me a great view of my porch. The included hardware made mounting it a breeze.
I replaced an EZVIZ 1080 ezGuard with this camera, and the new features included on the C3N made it the right choice. It offers new options for the Night Vision Mode: 1) Color Night Vision! 2) Black/White Night Vision 3) Smart Night Vision. The Black/White Night Vision is the traditional night vision you are used to. It offers a crystal clear black and white image, and allows the camera blend in unseen in a dark environment (turn off the status lights). The Color Night Vision was a nice new feature that allows you to maintain full color images on the camera, while still working at night. Only annoyance I found with this option was that it uses two white LEDs to add some light to the environment. Which unfortunately when used outdoors attracts insects, which were detected as motion. The Smart Night Vision combines the two options (and eliminated the insect problem), using AI-Powered Person Detection. It shoots the video as black/white until it detects motion and then switches over to the color night vision. A great security deterrent to let people know they’ve been caught on the camera!
The C3N offers to save the video clips to EZVIZ’s “CloudPlay” subscription service, or to an optional MicroSD card. I prefer to use both options for extra security.
The dual external Wi-Fi antennas mean that you should have no problem getting a WiFi single wherever you put the camera.
This camera and all of its features, quickly have made it my favorite outdoor camera.

Powerful wi-fi with duel external antennas. Very compact to put in the corner of the wall. The color night vision is a great feature.

Due to the feature of “cloud view” which records when there is movement we immediately thought of a wild life cam and this things delivers. Every morning we are so excited to open the app to see what critters we caught on camera during the night. We have seen animals we didn’t even know lived behind our house. And the night vision is like nothing we have ever seen, it truly feels like some military grade equipment with how clear the night vision makes the dark desert behind our home.

Was easy to install, even includes a template to placing screws was a breeze. Connected to the app just fine, no connections issues so far. Nice crisp clean Full 1080p video feeds. There isn’t any flaws in this camera. Quick easy and gets the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had quite a few EZVIZ cameras. I’m a fan. I like that they have cloud storage but you don’t have to pay; you can use an SD card. The new version of the app is also really good. You can also pull these cams up on your Alexa Show.
Setup was easy. You’ll need to scan the QR code on the device (you can save it.) You’ll put in your WiFi info and for me it came up immediately.
The camera is very clear. Full color during light. I took pics of my dog (you can take pics or video from the app and save to your device) with a bright light behind him and it still came out super clear.
Overall, this is an excellent camera and I’m a fan of the EZVIZ camera system, the app and the storage options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The C3N is the latest addition to my personal EZVIZ family. I am replacing an older EZVIZ Husky Wifi Camera which suffered a power surge from a lightning strike.
Here is what I love about the C3N:
1. Simple setup. (The app walks you through every step.)
2. Ultra HD Picture Quality (This is a high resolution camera. You can also step down the resolution quality to match the bandwidth speed of your internet service.)
3. Built in microphone for Audio Recording Capability
4. Both POE and Local 12VDC power can be used. (a power supply is included.)
5. Color night vision mode! (see my attached pics for example)
6. Option to install a Micro SD for local cam storage.
7. Ability to sound a remote alarm from App. (A nice deterrent for unwanted guests.)
8. App Software and Hardware Firmware updates are free and simple.
9. Records locally on motion detection or pixel changes to reduce storage needed.
10. Easy to snap pictures or pull video to share or later review.
As a long time user of EZVIZ products I am continually impressed by the technology this company packs into a consumer grade product. Several years ago, i purchased my first hard wired 4 channel EZVIZ DVR system. I was so impressed that I recommended it to several of my close friends. Since my first purchase I have also recommended to my friends and helped them install an EZVIZ POE camera (8) channel DVR and a EZVIZ Wireless camera DVR. I have also installed additional EZVIZ WiFi cameras in my own house.
Here are a few of the major benefits of the EZVIZ systems:
1. Ease of Installation. The cameras are easy to mount and simple to add to their DVR’s. You do not need to be a professional CCTV installer to install and configure.
2. All EZVIZ camera systems use the same Smart phone App
3. There are constant improvements / updates to the software and firmware.
4. Cameras can be easily shared among friends and family from the app. You can also share a view only link to a camera(s) to a VRBO or rental website site for a vacation property so potential renters can see the live stream view.
5. The owner has the option for either local storage or a subscription cloud based service.
6. Low cost.
