It is working better than expected. Mounted on a 3” piece of PVC pipe cemented in a 5 gallon bucket to move around with our horse trailer. Keeps the battery fully charged.

This is the second Suner Power charger that I have purchased. I am very pleased with the first one that I am currently using to maintain a trickle charge on a deep cycle battery powering electronics in my boat.
There are several things I like about this solar kit (similar to the first one I purchased). I like the fact that the LED indicator on the charge controller is easy to see and one can easily tell what the status of charging is at any given time. (Instructions are provided that explain how to measure the output under various conditions, using a multimeter, I have not done so however).
When looking for a small solar panel, I wanted a kit that included a mounting bracket. It is a pain to look for something that may or may not fit the panel you purchase. This is part of the reason I purchased my first solar panel from Suner. This solar kit includes the mounting bracket and hardware needed to attach to whatever pole you are mounting it to. I attached a pic of the pole clamp. The manufacturer states that it was designed to mount to a 1.5 to 3 inch pole. This seems pretty accurate. I will actually be mounting this to a square pole on my boat lift.
I measured the panel. It is 16.5 inches x 13.125 inches. The cord coming from the charge controller is 9 feet 8 inches long. There are three options to attach to your battery. I attached pictures. Each of these options measure about 14 inches in length.
In summary, I am very pleased with this solar kit. It has everything you need to be up and running quickly. No reverse discharge and it appears very durable. The instructions are good and they promise a 12 month warranty on defects. If I need a third charger of this size, I will purchase from them again.

Great solar panel for maintaining batteries on my boat. The mounting brackets and frame are extremely heavy duty and perfect for being abke to pivot the panel any way you need. Exceeded my expectations. Don’t even need a charge conttoler. Just plug straight to your battery and it charges on and off when needed. I did install a deck fitting to plug and unplug the panel when I am under power and the engine is charging the batteries but don’t know if that’s necessary. This us the setup for anyone who gas a boat sitting at a dock or trailer and have no power or charger and just want to maintain the batteries while away or if the marina power goes out your still covered.

Got this 20W panel to recharge my portable water pump system that utilizes a 12v battery as seen in the pics. The actual size of the panel (20W) is 13 3/16″ x 16 1/2″ x 3/4″. It has a solid frame which is important for me given it is moved around regularly. The included hardware was great and the wiring provides for easy connection to the battery. Also the LED indicator on the back of the charge control is super helpful. I’d recommend these panels for your off the grid needs.

We are using this charger for the chassis battery on our stored RV. The quality of the parts and ease of assembly made this a cinch project. The charger works great and keeps our chassis battery fully charged when stored for extended periods.
This is our second Suner solar charger as our first was installed to charge the house battery bank on the RV. That also is performing flawlessly.

I am using this as a tender for the battery in my truck. I don’t drive it very often these days and the battery recently went dead. This solar tender is working great. I ran the wire inside the cab from the battery and just leave the panel on the dash or seat when it is parked. The pole mount looks super sturdy and I assembled it to keep the parts together but I’m not currently using it in my truck. It came with a variety of SAE wiring attachments. One with rings on the end made hooking up to the battery really easy. I also have another Suner charger that I use while camping. Both have been solid products for me.
