The camera is very easy to setup using the Amcrest IP Config app downloaded to a PC. I have had this camera for about three months now. I can say this is the best Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) camera I own. I love the fact that they improved on the viewing angle to an amazing field of view with wide 120° diagonal viewing angle. I currently have it sitting on a book shelf and it shows the entire room which is a big plus to me. It has an Ambarella chipset and UltraHD 4MP resolution (2688×1520) that is superior to other brands of PTZ cameras I have owned. The night vision is very good, it pulls in the least bit of light with the BLC on. The two way audio works great with the Amcrest View Pro app on an android phone. Multiple recording options, record your footage directly to MicroSD Card, Amcrest NVR, NAS, FTP or Blue Iris. I record video and audio 24/7 from this camera on a PC running BlueIris 4. The two way audio does not work as good on BlueIris program as it does with Amcrest View Pro app, you can either talk or listen but not both on BlueIris. I would highly recommend this camera over other brand PTZ’s due to the high quality video and audio.

Fantastic camera. Very easy to set up via WiFi or directly to an NVR system. High quality image and the pan/tilt feature works effortlessly when controlled with the Amcrest View Pro app. I have quite a few different Amcrest cameras wired to an Amcrest NVR and have nothing but good things to say about all their products.

This is a good quality security camera. we used it as baby monitor but it has some nice features. setting up the camera was quick and easy. we are able to view it anytime anywhere from the app .
its nice that it allows to move camera to certain angle via app itself.
night vision works really well and quite handy when using as baby monitor. it also has motion alerts whose sensitivity can be adjusted. with motion alerts, it works nice as security camera.
nice add on is 2 way audio communication.

After doing lots of research and speaking with a neighbor about his cameras, i chose amcrest. I was told to stay away from wireless cameras, But i wanted the ability to go wireless. After having these cameras on wifi, I am very pleased with both the quality of the video and the capability when i am not home or at the office. The HD on these cameras is great, the audio (Listening) s very sensitive and i can hear anyone across the room in a normal speaking voice very clearly. My living room and kitchen are attached into one big room (1000 SQ FT) I am able to hear from one end to the other even over the TV and conversations. The mic portion where you can speak to others is very quiet, it is clear but very hard to hear at times in noisy environments. The initial set up was a bit tricky, i had to call support but they were very helpful . A gentleman named Danny P. helped me and he was knowledgeable and proficient in helping establish connection. The connection when severed by wifi through a power outage, reconnects automatically which is great. Furthermore when wifi is down the camera continues to record because i have a memory card in the camera. I would recommend these cameras to anyone looking for a wifi camera. Its a great value for the money. Also you can see up to 16 cameras wirelessly, i bought 6 cameras and i can see all 6 at once through the mobile app and the desktop app as well.
