The camera’s 4 optical zoom and 16 digital zoom will help you capture even the smallest of details. The 4 optical zoom will not compromise the quality of your video, either. You can use the zoom as part of a preset viewing pattern or use it on-the-go. Either way, this feature is highly effective in gaining evidence if an event occurs on your property.

Customize unlimited PTZ preset tours

Advanced PTZ options allow you to automate the camera’s field of view. The first option is a simple “preset.” Use the NVR to move the camera’s viewpoint to the location you desire and create a preset. This will allow you to quickly move the camera’s viewpoint to this location with a simple click. The second option is a fully automated PTZ tour. This is when you set up a number of presets and have the camera cycle between them endlessly. Feel free to use all of the camera’s pan, tilt, and zoom features in these tours to maximize your security coverage. The final option is a simple “pattern.” This setting will automatically cycle between two positions.

Color Night Vision™ for full color images at night

Don’t worry about missing important details during the night. This advanced PTZ camera features our innovative Color Night Vision (CNV) technology for advanced full color nighttime video in low light conditions (external light sources required). With CNV, you will have additional visual details, such as the color of cars or clothing. This camera also features ClearNight technology, so even if it’s too dark for color video, you will still receive high quality black & white nighttime video.

Plug-and-play installation via PoE

Connect each IP camera to the NVRs integrated Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) ports with a single run of ethernet cable (Cat5 or above). This cable will provide both power to the camera and video transmission up to 300ft / 91m, which allows you to install your security cameras where you need them most without the need to have a power outlet nearby.

A 2TB security grade hard drive (expandable up to 6TB) comes preinstalled within this NVR. Designed to meet the high workload demands of continuous security monitoring, this heavy-duty hard drive can reliably record weeks (even months) of footage without taking a break. All recorded footage is then safely stored on the hard drive where only you can access it, so there are no surprise fees or monthly cloud subscriptions.
