These come from Ca I think and initially two of the 10 came shattered I could see foot prints on the boxes.. they come individually packaged with minimal padding or protection, it also did not come complete with the inverter. I contacted the seller ASAP about the shattered panels and missing inverter to which they requested pics and did send me replacements and the inverter. They did not request the panels back which still worked btw. I installed the wind turbine about 40 feet off my roof line and it barely ever turned except when having a hurricane style storm to which it did then spin enough to generate some energy. The inverter worked for about 6 months before croaking and I’m pretty sure I wasn’t putting it under heavy load running a few led lights a computer and maybe couple phone chargers.

Dc house was great to work with.
Everything showed up within a week and when there were a couple shipping problems. I asked and had a response within an hour. Honest and good. All products showed up in good condition. I would recommend.
