YES these do Support POE… apparently the ID10T that left 1 star review knows NOTHING about networking!! Your Hardware must support power over ethernet… it WILL NOT provide power if you simply plug it into your router (Unless Router Has POE Ports)… If your NVR Doesn’t have POE Ports get a POE Switch or POE Injector to connect the camera’s to.. if You Don’t have an NVR get an NVR with POE Ports..
PS: Always get an NVR that supports MORE than you intend to install.. so if you only want to install 4 cams… get an 8 or 16 Channel NVR to allow you to expand in the future. using the same investment…
