Put this set on my Semi tractor roof. Install was very easy and it looks like in just a couple of days the 4 12v batteries will be fully charged. My truck is set up to haul my 5th wheel so it sits quite a bit until I retire. I will be back to give more history on how this set up works later. So far very impressed except for buying them a week before the cyber sale of 50 bucks off……. Bummer for me!! Maybe since I purchased this so close to the sale the seller will give me a good deal on an MMPT regulator…….

I have not installed any solar products before and was very apprehensive about it, thinking I would have to have the system installed at a great cost. I especially didn’t want to drill a hole in my RV roof. However, after measuring carefully I found the best spot to drill near a vent and did so, and was able to run the wires down the back corner of a closet and into the battery storage compartment. From there it was easy to go up the wall to mount the controller, using wire channel all the way down the closet and up the wall. Fastening down the flexible panels was a bit tricky with butyl tape, but it all worked out great. I have a steady 13.8 volt charge on the deep cycle battery, which is enough to run my small refrigerator constantly. The controller that came with the package does not get hot like was mentioned in the product info.

Works as advertised! Great deal, charges, even in low light, stormy conditions,
The charge controller works, the buttons are kinda particular.
The only thing I don’t like, ( but for the price ) the charge controler has lots of custom features- however does not show the voltage coming from the panels. Just the battery voltage. You can also see, discharge, charge settings. The only reason it did not get 5 stars.
But the settings are customizable.

Order the 200W package that lists 2x100W panels, cables, 20A MPPT Controller, and Y-connectors. The package only contained 2x100W panels and cables. There is no MPPT Controller, and no Y-connectors.

I installed these panels in series combined with a Victron 100/20 MTTP controller (arguably the best on the market), and the most power I got was 95 watts, so that is half the rated output. The voltage was great, so I know the connections were good; and the controller was in bulk charging mode for maximum output. I checked my home solar array to get a comparison on its output, and it was producing near maximum for a bright sunny day.
I will give it a few more days just to get a few more data points, but so far, I am not impressed with the panels.

The panels came as advertized!
light weight of course flexible, and fits perfectly on my van build.
Just remember when you order that your panels and controllers may ship seperately.

These panels seem well made, other then the fact that one was completely dead out of the box. The second panel would only output .43 to 1 amp with FULL SUN ALL DAY.
Wasted a lot of time installing these, the return had an additional fee. I ended up PAYING to return these defective units.
Sad that these are such varying degrees of quality checks for these. Triple Test before installing in case you have to order a replacement.

These type of solar panels are very good even in overcast cloudy weather, rain etc.
The set was perfect for wiring the 2 panels together.
I liked the smaller tie down holes which allowed me to use bolts without metal washers required when the holes are to large (other brands).
My grid seems to fully charge a lot faster with this solar panel brand then my previous similar flexible brand.
