I had ADT before i switched to Ring. compared to the ADT hardware and the sensor, this is like a toy. yes you can control from the APP and have different settings , but its less responsive even at its highest sensitivity level. What used to cover from 1 ADT sensor i had to buy 2.

Outstanding system, easy to install, a breeze to set up, and works great. Excellent interface with internet and smartphone access. Only issue is the tape used to secure motion detectors to painted walls needs some work. Windows with wood trim returns on them don’t take the sensors, so I converted to motion sensors in those areas.

Difficult to review since the base station will not connect.
