I ordered this turbine and I got a box of junk. In the box was a used turbine. No blades, no charge controller. Not even a nut to hold any blades on turbine with. I contacted customer support and they want to send me parts and want me to keep this used one. I ordered new. Idk if this turbine even works it’s clearly a return that someone keep half the parts to. They want to give me 5 percent discount.. if I keep the used junk. I’ll update the resluts. At this point I would stay away from this purchase.

Purchased this thinking I could easily install and have alternate power. Product requires a mounting pole. Pole is not included and finding a pole has proven impossible.
The options I have found are more expensive than the product itself.

Worked great until high winds and the blades broke sending pieces flying. Luckily my husbands head wasn’t cut off as he was standing close by. He contacted and they are sending us new blades. Thanks for that. Hope it doesn’t happen again cause my luck I’ll be the one outside next time.

It does make power. I have not seen the power they claim in sustained winds of 35 miles per hour. Not sure I want to attain it’s output. But it is reasonably priced and does contribute.
