No instructions, not a big deal. Cheaply made and tiny!
Picturesmake it look bigger, like most motion detectors are.
Worked well for about a week, then won’t turn off, day or night. A real piece of junk!

Wiring is TOO SMALL and unmarked.
This will void home insurance even if it is not the cause of the fire.

didn’t come with the nut for the threaded shaft. Also isn’t a standard size to fit an outdoor cover which is 1/2″ this was around 3/8″ so i had to drill and tap a hole in a blank cover and put on a pipe bushing since there wasn’t a nut to secure it.

BUYER BeWAre- this does not fit into a standard electrical box. It requires modifications to make it fit. Also, they are found in eBay cheaper. They do not come with instructions re wiring colors (not the usual) but wiring tips are on Amazon site product description. Once installed it works beautifully.

Not sure what to even say… I should have known better than to buy a cheap knockoff product, but I did and I regret it. Good luck getting this to thread into any fixtures, not sure what half inch measuring device they used, but this is way to small and way to short to fit any american device… Its wired with a 16 gauge wire, not safe at all for 110v power. Please do not purchase this item for outdoor use or for normal wall power. Maybe its safe for some 9v LED project.

We ordered this product for our cross country children’s ski trail to replace our 20 year old motion detectors. Unfortunately, by the time the electrician installed these, they do not work and were past our return date.

Bought this. I have been an electrician for 38 years. This must be made in china. Because the wiring does not match USA color code, per say. I had to look this up on the reviews to see which wire was the neutral ETC. After hooking it up. It did not work. Tried a few things. But no worky. I was going to send this back. But my wife already threw the box away. Do your self a favor. For the same cost, go to Home Depot. Don’t be lazy like me.

Wish I had read the reviews about the threaded portion of the mounting nipple not being standard size. As a retired electrician after 41 years in the trade I’ve never seen one of these come with what appears to be a 3/8 pipe thread instead of the standard 1/2 inch size. As it comes it will not thread into a standard cast box without an adapter. I was able to take apart the old sensor and retro-fit parts from it to make it work…. 🙁
